Blanenští radní již podruhé odložili výstavbu schodiště z Rožmitálovy ulice k zámku. V plánu to měli na letošní rok, nicméně vyčleněné peníze použijí na opravy chodníků ve středu města.

Nové zámecké schody měly propojit trasu od bývalého hotelu Dukla z ulice Rožmitálova směrem k zámku. Do zámeckého parku je prozatím přístup z centra pouze přes průchod budovy základní umělecké školy. V nové přístupové cestě přes bývalou tržnici se počítalo i s odpočinkovými plochami s lavičkami a úpravou zeleně.
Nyní se tedy radní orientovali na rekonstrukci chodníků. „Chtěli bychom každý rok dělat nové chodníky tam, kde nebudou plánovány prostorové zásahy.
