Výstava v nemocnici: 10 let záchranné služby
V blanenské nemocnici je nyní možno shlédnout výstavu, která mapuje deset let trvání jednotné Zdravotnické záchranné služby v podmínkách Jihomoravského kraje. Je umístěná ve vestibulu U motýla, mezi rentgenem a lůžkovým oddělením, a to do 16. května.
V rámci zahájení výstavy předvedli záchranáři zásah u zraněné osoby od okamžiku jejího nalezení přes zajištění základních životních funkcí po přenos do sanitního vozu. Práce zdravotníků v záchrance je náročná. „Je to práce v terénu bez potřebné diagnostické techniky, je to práce „v příkopu“. Za deště, mrazu i obrovského horka. Vždy se posádka musí o pacienta postarat,“ poznamenal ředitel Zdravotnické záchranné služby JMK Milan Klusák.
Před deseti lety byla Zdravotnická záchranná služba v Jihomoravském kraji sloučena v jeden celek s několika územními obvody. Během té doby se mnohé změnilo. Došlo například ke sjednocení sanitních vozidel a jejich vybavení v jednotlivých územních obvodech. Také se používají shodné léčebné preparáty. „Když nějaký záchranář z Blanska pojede sanitkou v Brně a sáhne na příslušné místo, na které je zvyklý, najde tam to stejné vybavení,“ vysvětlil Klusák.
Zaměstnanci ZZS jsou rozmístěni v třiadvaceti výjezdových základnách po celém Jihomoravském kraji. Územní oddělení Blansko zahrnuje 117 měst a obcí se zhruba 108 tisíci obyvateli. Základny jsou v Blansku, Boskovicích a ve Velkých Opatovicích. V Blansku a Boskovicích působí jedna výjezdová skupina s lékařem a jedna bez lékaře, ve Velkých Opatovicích je jedna výjezdová skupina bez lékaře.
Rychlý převoz do speciálních center Stále větší část pacientů je odesílána rovnou do specializovaných center, zejména lidé s infarktem myokardu nebo s cévní mozkovou příhodou. V současné době se zdravotnická záchranná služba potýká se dvěma hlavními problémy. Prvním z nich jsou časté výjezdy, které nejsou určeny pro rychlou záchrannou službu. Záchranáři však musejí vyjet ke každému případu. Druhým problémem je pak nedostatek lékařů, který je však celorepublikový a vyžaduje spíše systémovou změnu.
Práce záchranářů na Blanensku má svá specifika díky lokalitě Moravského krasu. Výjimkou totiž nejsou ani nehody v jeskynních systémech. „Při vyprošťování postižených z podzemí úzce spolupracujeme s hasičským záchranným sborem, ale také se Speleologickou záchrannou službou i Vodní záchrannou službou,“ uvedl Hlavinka.
