Bavili jsme se spolu o fungov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00e9to firmy, o jej\u00edch slu\u017eb\u00e1ch, ale tak\u00e9 o pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b, kter\u00e1 se chyst\u00e1 v integrovan\u00e9m dopravn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu. V leto\u0161n\u00edm roce dojde toti\u017e k v\u00fdm\u011bn\u011b dopravce v r\u00e1mci IDS JMK. \u010cAD Blansko kon\u010d\u00ed s provozov\u00e1n\u00edm linkov\u00e9 autobusov\u00e9 dopravy v na\u0161em regionu. Pro\u010d? Za jak\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed? To u\u017e jsou ot\u00e1zky pro pana Stokl\u00e1ska.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak byste prezentoval spole\u010dnost \u010cAD Blansko?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cAD Blansko pat\u0159\u00ed mezi nejlep\u0161\u00ed firmy v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice poskytuj\u00edc\u00ed logistick\u00e9 slu\u017eby. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed spole\u010dnosti je divize n\u00e1kladn\u00ed dopravy \u2013 toto st\u0159edisko disponuje stovkou kamion\u016f. 95 procent sv\u00e9 \u010dinnosti firma realizuje p\u0159epravou zbo\u017e\u00ed pro firmu Agrostroj Pelh\u0159imov. Agrostroj Pelh\u0159imov m\u00e1 98 procent export a obrat 6 miliard. Doprava je zaji\u0161t\u011bna prakticky po cel\u00e9 Evrop\u011b v\u010detn\u011b seversk\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f a \u010d\u00e1sti evropsk\u00e9ho Ruska a Asie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z dal\u0161\u00edch slu\u017eeb, kter\u00e9 poskytuje \u010cAD Blansko, jde o provoz dvou benzinov\u00fdch stanic, pron\u00e1jem objekt\u016f pro firmu Ahold (supermarket Albert), autobusov\u00e9 n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00ed \u010dinnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spole\u010dnost \u010cAD Blansko (d\u0159\u00edve \u010cSAD Blansko) za\u010d\u00ednala ve skromn\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch, se \u0161patn\u00fdm technick\u00fdm vybaven\u00edm a se star\u00fdm autobusov\u00fdm n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00edm z 50. let. Od t\u00e9 doby se toho opravdu hodn\u011b zm\u011bnilo. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed na\u0161ich slu\u017eeb je servis, kter\u00fd funguje jako smluvn\u00ed servis pro v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobce, jako je Iveco Bus \u010cesk\u00e1 republika (d\u0159\u00edve Karosa) \u010di spole\u010dnost SOR. D\u00e1le zaji\u0161\u0165ujeme m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed emis\u00ed a samostatn\u00e9 st\u0159edisko pro ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed tachograf\u016f. Pro st\u00e1le udr\u017eitelnou kvalitu na\u0161ich \u0159idi\u010d\u016f realizujeme vlastn\u00ed syst\u00e9m vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 obsahuje nejen pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 profesn\u00ed \u0161kolen\u00ed \u0159idi\u010d\u016f, ale i samotnou v\u00fduku \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed autobusu. P\u0159ed t\u0159emi lety jsme zavedli auto\u0161kolu a vychov\u00e1v\u00e1me si vlastn\u00ed \u0159idi\u010de. Za celou dobu jsme p\u0159ipravili \u0161edes\u00e1t z celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu sto \u0161edes\u00e1ti \u0159idi\u010d\u016f. Probl\u00e9mem byl toti\u017e vysok\u00fd v\u011bkov\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011br, chyb\u011bli mlad\u00ed \u0159idi\u010di, stejn\u011b jako \u017eeny. Nyn\u00ed m\u00e1me \u0161est \u0159idi\u010dek. Zhruba t\u0159icet \u0159idi\u010d\u016f m\u00e1 maturitu nebo vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed s r\u016fzn\u00fdm zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm, co\u017e sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed o tom, \u017ee je pr\u00e1ce u n\u00e1s bav\u00ed a jsou spokojen\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kolik m\u00e1te autobus\u016f?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disponujeme devades\u00e1ti sedmi autobusy, kter\u00e9 zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed p\u0159epravu zam\u011bstnanc\u016f Agrostroje Pelh\u0159imov, d\u00e1le m\u011bstskou hromadnou dopravu v Blansku a Adamov\u011b. Tak\u00e9 poskytujeme linkovou dopravu v syst\u00e9mu IDS JMK, kde je um\u00edst\u011bno osmdes\u00e1t autobus\u016f, kter\u00e9 na z\u00e1klad\u011b smlouvy pro IDS JMK byly z devades\u00e1ti procent zakoupeny nov\u00e9. Smlouva s IDS byla uzav\u0159ena na deset let v roce 2012.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>N\u011bco se ale zm\u011bnilo\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V roce 2016 prob\u011bhla celost\u00e1tn\u00ed st\u00e1vka \u0159idi\u010d\u016f autobus\u016f s c\u00edlem nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed plat\u016f. Ze strany st\u00e1tu bylo nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed plat\u016f p\u0159isl\u00edbeno. My zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 s t\u00edm pln\u011b souhlas\u00edme; m\u00e1 to jeden h\u00e1\u010dek \u2013 \u017ee v syst\u00e9mu IDS byla zakotvena ur\u010dit\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161e plat\u016f ve smlouv\u011b a st\u00e1t nedoplatil rozd\u00edl t\u011bmto firm\u00e1m operuj\u00edc\u00edm v Jihomoravsk\u00e9m kraji. Ze strany st\u00e1tu sice prob\u011bhla \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e1 kompenzace, ale p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdch plat\u016f byla hrazen\u00e1 z prost\u0159edk\u016f jednotliv\u00fdch firem.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak funguje provozov\u00e1n\u00ed dopravy v r\u00e1mci syst\u00e9mu IDS JMK?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S IDS JMK se uzav\u00edr\u00e1 smlouva, v n\u00ed\u017e je uvedena cena za kilometr, kterou si \u00fa\u010dtujeme. V t\u00e9to \u010d\u00e1stce je zahrnuta nejen cena za provoz (palivo, \u00fadr\u017eba, po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed autobus\u016f\u2026), ale tak\u00e9 mzdy \u0159idi\u010d\u016f. Mzdy jsou obsa\u017eeny zhruba ve 45 % t\u00e9to smluvn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stky. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vl\u00e1da v roce 2016 sice schv\u00e1lila nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed plat\u016f \u0159idi\u010d\u016f, ale dopravc\u016fm to nikdo neprom\u00edtl do ceny za kilometr. Proto musela firma \u010cAD Blansko po dva a p\u016fl roku dotovat ztr\u00e1tov\u00fd provoz linek ze sv\u00fdch ostatn\u00edch \u010dinnost\u00ed. Pokud bychom nem\u011bli tato dal\u0161\u00ed st\u0159ediska, zbankrotovali bychom. Tento probl\u00e9m byl pouze v Jihomoravsk\u00e9m kraji. V jin\u00fdch kraj\u00edch v republice na\u0161li cestu, jak to ud\u011blat. Jihomoravsk\u00fd kraj nena\u0161el zp\u016fsob, jak to \u0159e\u0161it. M\u00edsto toho v roce 2018 vypov\u011bd\u011bl dopravc\u016fm smlouvy a vypsal nov\u00e9 v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u0159ihl\u00e1sili jste se do n\u011bj?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ano, po vypov\u011bzen\u00ed smlouvy jsme se p\u0159ihl\u00e1sili do nov\u00e9ho v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Spole\u010dnost \u010cAD Blansko splnila v\u0161echny podm\u00ednky krom\u011b jedn\u00e9, co\u017e je samostatn\u00e1 kabina pro \u0159idi\u010de, kter\u00e1 v na\u0161ich nov\u011b zakoupen\u00fdch autobusech nen\u00ed. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b t\u00e9to skute\u010dnosti jsme ve v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9m \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed neobst\u00e1li.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jenom\u017ee tyto odd\u011blen\u00e9 kabiny pro \u0159idi\u010de nemaj\u00ed ani ostatn\u00ed dopravci. Jsme p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010deni, \u017ee v\u00edt\u011bzov\u00e9 v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nemaj\u00ed \u0161anci podm\u00ednky splnit. Bohu\u017eel to funguje tak, \u017ee pap\u00edr snese v\u0161e \u2013 firmy n\u011bco sl\u00edb\u00ed, ani\u017e by musely dolo\u017eit nap\u0159\u00edklad kupn\u00ed smlouvy vyhovuj\u00edc\u00edch voz\u016f, a n\u00e1sledn\u011b budou vym\u00fd\u0161let, jak za\u0159\u00eddit, aby to nemusely dodr\u017eet. Ale to nen\u00ed na\u0161e firemn\u00ed filozofie, proto jsme v p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161ce do v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed neslibovali nic, co bychom nedok\u00e1zali splnit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdsledek je, \u017ee provozov\u00e1n\u00ed linek integrovan\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu vyhr\u00e1ly firmy, z nich\u017e jedna m\u00e1 t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nejhor\u0161\u00ed technick\u00fd stav autobus\u016f v cel\u00e9 republice a druh\u00e1 m\u011bla dokonce probl\u00e9my se z\u00e1konem. Dojde k tomu, \u017ee v okrese Blansko budou jezdit n\u011bmeck\u00e9 a rusk\u00e9 firmy, a \u010desk\u00e9 tady nebudou. Budeme to platit z na\u0161ich dan\u00ed. Tyto zahrani\u010dn\u00ed firmy da\u0148 z p\u0159\u00edjmu platit nebudou, to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee u n\u00e1s nic nez\u016fstane a \u010desk\u00fd st\u00e1t p\u0159ijde o spoustu pen\u011bz \u2013 to je bohu\u017eel realita.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak\u00e9 dopady m\u00e1 vypov\u011bzen\u00ed smlouvy s IDS JMK na \u010cAD Blansko?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee do\u0161lo k v\u00fdpov\u011bdi smlouvy ze strany Jihomoravsk\u00e9ho kraje ze syst\u00e9mu IDS, objevil se pro na\u0161i firmu probl\u00e9m s vyu\u017eit\u00edm po\u0159\u00edzen\u00fdch autobus\u016f. Vznikla ekonomick\u00e1 ztr\u00e1ta spole\u010dnosti \u010cAD Blansko, proto\u017ee autobusy, kter\u00e9 jsme z 90 % nakoupili nov\u00e9 (investovali jsme p\u0159es 300 milion\u016f) a kter\u00e9 po \u00fahrad\u011b leasing\u016f m\u011bly teprve za\u010d\u00edt vyd\u011bl\u00e1vat, nyn\u00ed musej\u00ed b\u00fdt pod cenou prod\u00e1ny.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak\u00e9 dopady to bude m\u00edt pro cestuj\u00edc\u00ed?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro cestuj\u00edc\u00ed by se nic zm\u011bnit nem\u011blo, rozhodn\u011b ne co se t\u00fdk\u00e1 MHD Blansko, MHD Adamov a p\u0159epravy zam\u011bstnanc\u016f v Agrostroji.&nbsp; Co se t\u00fdk\u00e1 autobusov\u00e9 p\u0159epravy v r\u00e1mci IDS JMK, k z\u00e1sadn\u00ed zm\u011bn\u011b nedojde, ale p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1m, \u017ee se minim\u00e1ln\u011b sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed komfort, kter\u00fd m\u011bli cestuj\u00edc\u00ed doposud, za provozov\u00e1n\u00ed dopravy st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edm provozovatelem \u010cAD Blansko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co se zm\u011bn\u00ed pro \u0159idi\u010de?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1me, \u017ee si kolem p\u011bta\u010dty\u0159iceti a\u017e pades\u00e1ti \u0159idi\u010d\u016f ponech\u00e1me a ostatn\u00ed maj\u00ed mo\u017enost p\u0159ej\u00edt k nov\u00fdm zam\u011bstnavatel\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed budou v na\u0161\u00ed lokalit\u011b provozovat linkovou dopravu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Firma \u010cAD Blansko si vybudovala opravdu kvalitn\u00ed a architektonicky dob\u0159e \u0159e\u0161en\u00e9 autobusov\u00e9 n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed, kter\u00e9 slou\u017e\u00ed na\u0161\u00ed cestuj\u00edc\u00ed ve\u0159ejnosti a v\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee k jej\u00ed pln\u00e9 spokojenosti. Naj\u00edt si nov\u00e9 z\u00e1zem\u00ed ur\u010dit\u011b nebude pro nov\u00e9ho provozovatele jednoduch\u00e9 a jsem zv\u011bdav\u00fd, jak to vy\u0159e\u0161\u00ed. Nemluv\u00edm pouze o parkov\u00e1n\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 o vybudovan\u00e9m kulturn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed pro \u0159idi\u010de, kde mohou tr\u00e1vit \u010das, kdy\u017e zrovna nejsou na cest\u011b. A pokud budou nespokojen\u00ed \u0159idi\u010di, t\u011b\u017eko mohou b\u00fdt spokojen\u00ed cestuj\u00edc\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ani nev\u00edm, kde by v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b provozovatel\u00e9 koupili nov\u00e9 vozy, proto\u017ee ve sv\u011bt\u011b je velk\u00fd propad ve v\u00fdrob\u011b autobus\u016f. A pokud n\u011bkdo bude m\u00edt nov\u00e9, budou vyrobeny v Turecku. Zat\u00edmco \u010cAD Blansko po\u0159izuje autobusy \u010desk\u00e9 v\u00fdroby. D\u00e1vali jsme tedy i t\u00edmto pr\u00e1ci \u010desk\u00fdm lidem.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak\u00e9 jsou va\u0161e dal\u0161\u00ed firemn\u00ed pl\u00e1ny?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00edle \u010cAD Blansko do budoucna jsou: st\u00e1le zkvalit\u0148ovat slu\u017eby v kamionov\u00e9 doprav\u011b, \u00fazce se specializovat na m\u011bstskou dopravu pro m\u011bsta Blansko a Adamov a svoz zam\u011bstnanc\u016f v Pelh\u0159imov\u011b pro firmu Agrostroj. V nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00ed dob\u011b chceme pro tyto \u00fa\u010dely zakoupit nov\u00e9 autobusy. Rovn\u011b\u017e bude proveden v\u00fdb\u011br \u0159idi\u010d\u016f pro tyto linky tak, aby byli vybr\u00e1ni ti nejkvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a nejzodpov\u011bdn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cAD Blansko chce svoje slu\u017eby st\u00e1le zdokonalovat a b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00edkladem pro v\u0161echny ostatn\u00ed v cel\u00e9 \u010cesk\u00e9 republice. Jsme stabiln\u00ed firmou, ekonomick\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky jsou pozitivn\u00ed a omezen\u00ed \u010dinnosti autobusov\u00e9 dopravy IDS nem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd negativn\u00ed v\u00fdznam na hospoda\u0159en\u00ed v budoucnosti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Budete navy\u0161ovat po\u010dty autobusov\u00fdch linek nebo n\u011bjak jinak upravovat j\u00edzdn\u00ed \u0159\u00e1dy?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To by musel vzej\u00edt po\u017eadavek ze strany m\u011bsta.
