Jednou z nich jsou pochopiteln\u011b podnikatel\u00e9 v oboru gastronomie, tedy provozovatel\u00e9 restaurac\u00ed. V\u0161ichni za\u017e\u00edvali zejm\u00e9na pocity nejistoty, jeliko\u017e nev\u011bd\u011bli, jak dlouho bude tento stav trvat. Nev\u011bd\u011bli tedy ani, jak se v prvn\u00edch dnech za\u0159\u00eddit. A shoduj\u00ed se v tom, \u017ee n\u00e1sledky budou poci\u0165ovat je\u0161t\u011b dlouhou dobu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\t\u201eKoronavir p\u0159i\u0161el jako blesk z \u010dist\u00e9ho nebe. Ur\u010dit\u011b to tak bylo pro v\u0161echny. Ka\u017ed\u00fd se to sna\u017eil n\u011bjak \u0159e\u0161it. Nev\u011bd\u011bli jsme, jak dlouho to bude trvat. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed zav\u0159eli a my jsme si \u0159ekli, \u017ee zkus\u00edme prod\u00e1vat p\u0159es ulici. A kdy\u017e to nep\u016fjde, tak taky zav\u0159eme. Zjednodu\u0161ili jsme si men\u00ed\u010dko. Bez pol\u00e9vky, sal\u00e1tu i n\u00e1poje. Hned prvn\u00ed den jsme m\u011bli asi osmdes\u00e1t ob\u011bd\u016f. \u010casem se to je\u0161t\u011b tro\u0161ku zvedlo. Tak\u017ee relativn\u011b dobr\u00e9. \u0158ekli jsme si, \u017ee lep\u0161\u00ed n\u011bco, ne\u017e nic,\u201c popisuje prvn\u00ed dny krizov\u00e9ho stavu Karla Pernicov\u00e1 z vegetari\u00e1nsk\u00e9 restaurace Armit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\tRestaurace U Golema m\u011bla m\u011bs\u00edc \u00fapln\u011b zav\u0159eno, pot\u00e9 se uch\u00fdlila k prodeji z ok\u00e9nka v dob\u011b ob\u011bd\u016f a k rozv\u00e1\u017ece. Z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f je v\u0161ak pochopiteln\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b, ne\u017e d\u0159\u00edve. \u201eVzhledem k situaci to odpov\u00edd\u00e1, ale zdaleka nedosahujeme tr\u017eeb, tak jak p\u0159ed nucen\u00fdm zav\u0159en\u00edm,\u201c upozor\u0148uje Bohuslav Jedin\u00e1k.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\tOslovili jsme t\u0159iadvacet blanensk\u00fdch podnik\u016f s ot\u00e1zkami na jejich konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed situaci. Do ankety se zapojilo bohu\u017eel jen \u0161est provozovatel\u016f, dva odm\u00edtli a ostatn\u00ed v\u016fbec neodpov\u011bd\u011bli.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\tZe zaslan\u00fdch odpov\u011bd\u00ed je jednozna\u010dn\u011b vid\u011bt, \u017ee vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed nouzov\u00e9ho stavu zp\u016fsobilo komplikace v\u0161em; n\u011bkomu v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, n\u011bkomu men\u0161\u00ed. K masivn\u00edmu propou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed st\u00e1l\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f v\u0161ak nedo\u0161lo, alespo\u0148 ne v podnic\u00edch, kter\u00e9 se do ankety zapojily. \u201eNa\u0161ich zam\u011bstnanc\u016f si velmi cen\u00edme a zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b v t\u00e9to dob\u011b pro n\u00e1s bylo prioritou se o n\u011b postarat. Na propou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed jsme ani na chv\u00edli nepomysleli, p\u0159esto\u017ee je tato situace pro n\u00e1s v\u00edce ne\u017e obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e1 a jej\u00ed n\u00e1sledky budeme poci\u0165ovat je\u0161t\u011b dlouho po uvoln\u011bn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed provozn\u00ed Bowlingu Blansko Lucie Opat\u0159ilov\u00e1.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\tZam\u011bstnanci pracuj\u00edc\u00ed na dohodu o proveden\u00ed pr\u00e1ce v\u0161ak museli na \u010das z\u016fstat doma. \u201eNa\u0161e restaurace funguje u\u017e jeden\u00e1ct rok\u016f. M\u00e1me dv\u011b kucha\u0159ky a n\u011bkolik dohod\u00e1\u0159\u016f. Kucha\u0159ky jsme nepropustili. Dohod\u00e1\u0159e, v\u011bt\u0161inou d\u016fchodkyn\u011b a studentky, jsme nechali doma,\u201c potvrzuje Karla Pernicov\u00e1.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\t\u201eNepropustili jsme, ani nepropust\u00edme nikoho. Zam\u011bstnanci jsou to nejcenn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, co m\u00e1me. Mus\u00edme si ale vz\u00edt bez\u00faro\u010dn\u00fd \u00fav\u011br, abychom situaci zvl\u00e1dli,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Ivo Lachman z Wellness hotelu Panorama kter\u00fd ztr\u00e1ty po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 v milionech. St\u00e1tn\u00ed dotace podniku pomohly, ale ztr\u00e1t\u00e1m zcela nezabr\u00e1n\u00ed. \u201eZ propadu 7,5 milionu korun n\u00e1m finan\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky od st\u00e1tu snad pokryj\u00ed 1,5 milionu. Je fajn, \u017ee n\u00e1s st\u00e1t podpo\u0159\u00ed. Pokud by si ale ve\u0159ejnost myslela, \u017ee pomoc hotel\u016fm pokryje propad, kter\u00fd n\u00e1s postihl, pak v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b. Budeme se z toho vzpamatov\u00e1vat dva a\u017e t\u0159i roky\u2026 s pomoc\u00ed \u00fav\u011br\u016f a podporou na\u0161ich host\u016f,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\t\u201eFinan\u010dn\u00ed podpora st\u00e1tu ur\u010dit\u011b alespo\u0148 zm\u00edrn\u00ed ekonomick\u00e9 dopady krize, ale re\u017eijn\u00ed provoz herny je pom\u011brn\u011b vysok\u00fd a v d\u016fsledku absence tr\u017eeb p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky nejsou dosta\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed,\u201c podot\u00fdk\u00e1 Lucie Opat\u0159ilov\u00e1.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\t\u201eNa p\u016fj\u010dku jsme nedos\u00e1hli, ostatn\u011b jako v\u011bt\u0161ina koleg\u016f z bran\u017ee, a do dne\u0161n\u00edho dne jsme nic od st\u00e1tu nedostali. V existen\u010dn\u00edch pot\u00ed\u017e\u00edch zat\u00edm nejsme, ale museli jsme do firmy vlo\u017eit finance na nutn\u00e9 v\u00fddaje. Lid\u00e9 moc na\u0161ich slu\u017eeb nevyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed, ale d\u00edky za ka\u017ed\u00fd prodan\u00fd ob\u011bd. Ale jsou i tac\u00ed, co n\u00e1s cht\u011bj\u00ed podporovat, abychom p\u0159e\u017eili, a j\u00e1 jsem jim za to moc vd\u011b\u010dn\u00fd a moc si toho v\u00e1\u017e\u00edm,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Lubo\u0161 Sekanina z restaurace Myslivna s t\u00edm, \u017ee provoz v nouzov\u00e9m re\u017eimu pokryje sotva n\u00e1klady.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\t\u201eMysl\u00edm si, \u017ee pokud se nic mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9ho nestane, tak ur\u010dit\u011b otev\u0159eme stejn\u011b jako v\u0161ichni ostatn\u00ed. I kdy\u017e ty ztr\u00e1ty budou zn\u00e1t. Ale nen\u00ed d\u016fvod v\u011b\u0161et hlavu, mus\u00ed se za\u010d\u00edt znovu, ov\u0161em mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee dojde ke zdra\u017een\u00ed doslova v\u0161eho, a pokud n\u00e1s to donut\u00ed zdra\u017eit, tak si netrouf\u00e1m p\u0159edpov\u00eddat, jak\u00e1 bude budoucnost restaurac\u00ed,\u201c m\u00edn\u00ed Sekanina.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\tV\u00fdhodu v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b maj\u00ed restaurace, kter\u00e9 se i v dob\u011b p\u0159edkoronavirov\u00e9 zab\u00fdvaly rozv\u00e1\u017ekou j\u00eddla. Ta m\u016f\u017ee fungovat a funguje i nad\u00e1le, co\u017e potvrzuje i Petr Kal\u00e1b z pizzerie Pizzazz. \u201eRestauraci m\u00e1me uzav\u0159enou, ale na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed jsme firma, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 bohat\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti s rozvozem, v n\u011bm\u017e jsme mohli pokra\u010dovat,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\tNucenou odst\u00e1vku mnoz\u00ed vyu\u017eili sp\u00ed\u0161e k drobn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm \u00faprav\u00e1m, jako je v\u00fdmalba a podobn\u011b. Do v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch investic\u00ed se v\u011bt\u0161ina podnik\u016f kv\u016fli finan\u010dn\u00ed nejistot\u011b pustit nemohla. \u201eB\u011bhem uzav\u0159en\u00ed herny jsme se soust\u0159edili nejen na precizn\u00ed \u00faklid, drobn\u00e9 opravy a v\u00fdmalbu prostor. Ale tak\u00e9 na revizi bowlingov\u00fdch drah, zdokonalov\u00e1n\u00ed webov\u00fdch str\u00e1nek, vytvo\u0159en\u00ed online rezerva\u010dn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu a tvorbu nov\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00edho l\u00edstku pro na\u0161e hosty,\u201c vyjmenov\u00e1v\u00e1 Lucie Opat\u0159ilov\u00e1.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\t\u201eInvestovali jsme bohu\u017eel u\u017e v lednu a \u00fanoru. Podle pl\u00e1nu jsme realizovali asi dvacet oprav a modernizac\u00ed a hlavn\u011b kompletn\u00ed vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed modern\u00edho klimatizovan\u00e9ho konferen\u010dn\u00edho s\u00e1lu. Je to i d\u016fvod, pro\u010d nem\u00e1me nyn\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 velk\u00e9 rezervy. V\u0161e co vyd\u011bl\u00e1me, investujeme do podniku. Ji\u017e mnoho let. Pen\u00edze nehromad\u00edme. Tak\u017ee, kdy\u017e n\u00e1m n\u011bkdo \u0159ekne, \u017ee jsme m\u011bli m\u00edt \u00faspory\u2026. tak bohu\u017eel. Do budoucna strategii zm\u011bn\u00edme. Je \u010das ji zm\u011bnit. Mysl\u00edm obecn\u011b, \u017ee v\u0161echny firmy p\u0159i\u0161ly na to, jak budou v brzk\u00e9m budoucnu \u0161et\u0159it. To je podle mne hlavn\u00ed pozn\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jde nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d v\u0161emi firmami a bude i d\u016fvodem, pro\u010d se bude m\u00e9n\u011b utr\u00e1cet a nevyhnuteln\u011b tedy nastoup\u00ed zna\u010dn\u00e9 zpomalen\u00ed ekonomiky,\u201c upozor\u0148uje Ivo Lachman.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\tNezb\u00fdv\u00e1, ne\u017e pop\u0159\u00e1t v\u0161em provozovatel\u016fm restaurac\u00ed, aby se brzy zase do\u010dkali v\u0161ech sv\u00fdch z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f. \u201eA\u017e to bude povoleno, otev\u0159eme restauraci pro hosty a budeme se t\u011b\u0161it na star\u00e9 dobr\u00e9 \u010dasy.
