M\u011bsto na podzim obdr\u017eelo\n\u010dty\u0159i nab\u00eddky od developer\u016f a radn\u00ed v&nbsp;uplynul\u00fdch dnech definovali\npo\u017eadavky, kter\u00e9 mus\u00ed z\u00e1jemci splnit. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u201eZ\u00e1jemci o pozemky,\nna nich\u017e by bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 vybudovat nov\u00e9 bytov\u00e9 domy, nyn\u00ed maj\u00ed up\u0159esnit velikost\n\u00fazem\u00ed, kter\u00e9 pl\u00e1nuj\u00ed zastav\u011bt, podobu bytov\u00fdch dom\u016f i to, jakou kupn\u00ed cenu\nm\u011bstu nab\u00eddnou za jeden metr \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00ed, nebo kolik bezbari\u00e9rov\u00fdch byt\u016f jsou\nochotni bezplatn\u011b p\u0159ev\u00e9st m\u011bstu,\u201c vyjmenovala tiskov\u00e1 mluv\u010d\u00ed m\u011bsta Pavla\nKom\u00e1rkov\u00e1. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezi dal\u0161\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed po\u017eadavky m\u011bsta pat\u0159\u00ed zbudov\u00e1n\u00ed\ndostatku parkovac\u00edch m\u00edst, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e v&nbsp;\u00favahu p\u0159ipadaj\u00ed nadzemn\u00ed i podzemn\u00ed parkovi\u0161t\u011b.\nOdhadem by m\u011blo v&nbsp;lokalit\u011b p\u0159ib\u00fdt zhruba 600 parkovac\u00edch st\u00e1n\u00ed. Byty budou\nnapojeny na syst\u00e9m centr\u00e1ln\u00edho z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed teplem. Investo\u0159i maj\u00ed tak\u00e9 dolo\u017eit\np\u0159ehled toho, co v\u0161e na P\u00edse\u010dn\u00e9 spolu s&nbsp;dal\u0161\u00edmi byty vyroste. To znamen\u00e1\nup\u0159esnit velikost komer\u010dn\u00edch prostor, kter\u00e9 zde budou vybudov\u00e1ny jako ob\u010dansk\u00e1\nvybavenost, velikost vybaven\u00e9 relaxa\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho prostoru a plochy pro\nve\u0159ejn\u00e9 slu\u017eby. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eM\u011bsto po\u017eaduje minim\u00e1ln\u011b jeden bezbari\u00e9rov\u00fd byt\nk&nbsp;p\u0159evodu, d\u00e1le z\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed mate\u0159sk\u00e9 \u0161koly, a to nejm\u00e9n\u011b o dvou t\u0159\u00edd\u00e1ch. I\nkdy\u017e je dnes kapacita \u0161kolek ve m\u011bst\u011b dostate\u010dn\u00e1, s&nbsp;n\u00e1r\u016fstem obyvatel vzroste\ntak\u00e9 pot\u0159eba um\u00edstit v\u00edce d\u011bt\u00ed do p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed kapacita\n\u0161kolek by nesta\u010dila,\u201c upozornil m\u00edstostarosta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veden\u00ed m\u011bsta sezn\u00e1m\u00ed \u010dtve\u0159ici firem s&nbsp;t\u011bmito podm\u00ednkami\na bude \u010dekat na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed podobu jejich pl\u00e1n\u016f na v\u00fdstavbu. Develope\u0159i maj\u00ed\np\u0159edlo\u017eit 3D vizualizaci, \u010dasov\u00fd harmonogram v\u00fdstavby a v&nbsp;neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b\n\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed dopravn\u00ed infrastruktury. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b zaslan\u00fdch pl\u00e1n\u016f veden\u00ed m\u011bsta a\n\u010dlenov\u00e9 komise vyberou, komu m\u011bsto pozemky prod\u00e1. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na v\u00fdstavbu se maj\u00ed pohybovat kolem\njedn\u00e9 miliardy korun. \u201eM\u011bsto se na v\u00fdstavb\u011b nebude finan\u010dn\u011b pod\u00edlet,\u201c zd\u016fraznil\nPol\u00e1k. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle starosty Ji\u0159\u00edho Crhy z\u00e1jem o nov\u00e9 bydlen\u00ed v\u00a0Blansku st\u00e1le je. \u201ePo\u0159\u00e1d se stav\u00ed nov\u00e9 bytov\u00e9 domy a byty b\u00fdvaj\u00ed prodan\u00e9 d\u00e1vno p\u0159ed dokon\u010den\u00edm stavby.
